Terms and Conditions: $1000 deposit is needed to hold reservations. Credit cards are accepted. Maximum of 12 passengers.

Cancellation Policy: 80% of deposit refunded 7 or more days prior to charter date. 50% is refunded at least 72 hrs before charter. No refund if cancelled within 72 hours of charter date. Catering cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of charter.

Weather: If weather is unsuitable for chartering, every effort will be made to accommodate the customer. Deposits are good for one year.
